ZACH retired from the Davie Police Dept’s Mounted Unit after working there for 3 years and after working for 9 years with the Ft. Lauderdale Police Dept’s Mounted Unit. Prior to his police work he was on the racing circuit. Due to stifle swelling he was unable to continue his police duties and a permanent retirement was sought for him. He was said by his unit to be of “excellent character.” Now that his shoes have been pulled off he is having what we hope will be a long and well-deserved retirement.
