TABITHA, along with her donkey friend Mo, was rescued by the Tampa Bay SPCA in 2007 after being seized by law enforcement in a cruelty case. They lived for 10 years at the SPCA farm where they both were popular and loved by visitors and staff alike. It was decided that a more permanent retirement sanctuary be found for them where they could enjoy fields and horse friends.
