JASMINE, along with her friend BREANNA, was rescued by the Orange County
Sheriff’s Office when seized in a cruelty case. Neglected and starved, Jasmine
arrived at RHH underweight and anxious. She has put on weight and even
though she is shy she is allowing herself to be groomed and pampered by her
new friends.
