Retired from the Ft. Lauderdale Police Department’s Mounted Unit after serving for 10 years ELI is now having a well deserved retirement. He was the Lead Horse during protests and riots and was described by his devoted Mounted Team officers as a “brave soldier”. Beloved and much admired for his noble and commanding attitudes ELI now shares his pasture with his new good friends.
