BABY was rescued along with her mother CHAZ & sister RED by Tiny Acres NWFL Equine Rescue in Milton, Fl. They were part of a large seizure in a cruelty case involving horses that were being used in the “Big Lick” show organization which features Tennessee Walkers with unnatural high gaits…created by the illegal and cruel practice of “soring”…..the use of caustic chemicals, pins and chains to force a horse in pain to pick up their feet high. As a result, BABY was left with leg and stifle injuries. In spite of this painful and cruel treatment BABY is kind, gentle and friendly and
is now having a tranquil and peaceful retirement along with her mother and sister and her other pasture mates.
