ANGEL was rescued with three other mares by Marion County Animal Services after being seized by law enforcement in a cruelty and neglect case. They had been kept in a small sand lot for the last 10 years without adequate food and care. Angel has high energy and is learning to trust her new non-horse friends who stop by her fence with carrots and a welcoming pat.
